2. Products & Services

  • All our products are print-on-demand (POD), made to order by our fulfillment partner Qikink.

  • Product images shown are mockups and may slightly differ in color or texture from the actual printed product due to monitor or printing variations.

  • We do not guarantee that product descriptions, images, or other content are 100% error-free, but we strive to ensure accuracy.

3. Order Processing & Shipping

  • Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.

  • Shipping is handled by Qikink’s logistics partners such as Delhivery, DTDC, Xpressbees, and Bluedart.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, weather conditions, or incorrect address details.

4. Returns, Replacements & Refunds

  • Since our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for wrong size or change of mind.

  • Replacements are only provided if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • To request a replacement, contact us at support@catlovert-shirts.com within 48 hours of delivery with order details and photos.

  • Returns are handled by our fulfillment partner:

5. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in INR (₹) and inclusive/exclusive of taxes as stated.

  • Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy.

  • We use your details solely for order fulfillment, customer communication, and analytics.
