Shipping policy

Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2 – 5 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and another email once it has shipped with tracking details.

Shipping Time
After dispatch, delivery typically takes 3 – 7 business days depending on your location and courier service availability.
Please note that weekends and public holidays are not counted as business days.

Shipping Charges
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. We currently ship across India. International shipping is not supported at this time.

Tracking Your Order
Once shipped, you will receive an email or SMS containing your tracking number. You can track your order status anytime using that link.

Delays
Unexpected courier delays may occur due to weather, logistics, or festivals. We appreciate your patience if your order takes slightly longer.

Return to Origin (RTO)
If your order could not be delivered due to an incorrect address or multiple failed delivery attempts, it will be returned to our fulfilment partner:

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos and your order number. We’ll work with our fulfilment partner to issue a replacement or refund.
